Before you start
A few things you might be wondering.
Does anyone need to create an account?
Senders create a free account before uploading a PDF. Sign in to prepare documents and manage your agreements from any browser. Recipients simply open their individual links to review and sign—no account needed.
How do I send a document for signing?
SignZero creates a separate link for each recipient. Copy it into an email or chat message and send it yourself. SignZero does not send emails or reminders on your behalf.
Can several people sign the same PDF?
Yes. Add up to ten recipients and give each person at least one signature field. Signatures are added to the original pages, and earlier signatures stay in place as the remaining people sign.
What can I upload?
A PDF of up to 10 MB and 200 pages. Place fields on any page, or reuse a template you have already saved.
Who can open a signing link?
Anyone with a recipient’s link can open the document and use that person’s signing slot, unless you have also set an access code. Share links only with the intended person and send access codes separately. A code adds an access check; it does not independently verify someone’s identity.
What do I receive when everyone has signed?
You can download the signed PDF, a readable completion record and an evidence file for checking that the PDF matches the recorded version. The record captures signing activity and consent; signers’ names are self-declared. Download the files you need before your recipient links expire.
What does early access cost?
You can try the current early-access service without a payment step or credit card. Paid plans are not available yet.
